Here's mine.
There are two kinds of training for voiceover, Principled, and Unprincipled. Buyer Beware! Find a teacher you like. Someone who offers a proven approach. Don't take their word for it.
There are the jobs you get and there are jobs someone else gets. There are jobs you're right for and jobs you're not right for. For the purposes of our discussion, it is possible, even likely, that you will get the jobs you are right for.

If you have the talent they say you have, any training might be enough to get you going in the right direction. If you have even mild reading problems, lazy lips, poor breathing habits, etc., you'll need more train
Mastery of any Discipline takes 10,000 hours of deliberate practice. Voice Over is no easier or harder than being a short-order cook, for example. It takes a couple of years to get a 'feel' for the work, another 6 years to get really good at it, and a lifetime of practice to master.
Your Money Voice is your optimal pitch. A means by which to practice is outlined in detail. The principles are, voice over in instinctual, not intellectual, and you must connect with your listener.
